Mercedes Alloy Wheel Repair

This Customer came to us with 5 Mercedes Alloy wheels, as is so common with Polished Mercedes Alloys these alloys had the lacquer lifting away from the wheel. We removed the kurb damage and removed all the flaking lacquer, we then painted and lacquered the wheel.

BMW Alpina Wheel Repair

This Customer came to us with 4 BMW Alpina Alloy wheels, unfortunatly all four hard been damaged fairly badly and he asked us to restore them. You can see the results below.

Mercedes Alloy Wheel Repair Gallery

This Mercedes had four wheels with the the lacquer lifting at the edge of the wheel, using our special paint mixing scheme we have a formula which matches the inner wheel allowing us to repair only the damaged area and repaint giving an amazing finish. Before the repair the wheels really let the car down now it looks amazing. The owner also invested in four new wheel centre caps this again improved the overall look of the wheels.

Volkswagon Golf Alloy Wheel Repair

This Volkswagon Golf came to us with minor accident damage which had also damaged the alloy wheels, the rim and one of the spokes had been scraped with some of the original material missing. Our customer asked us to repair his wheel as well as the accident damage. We repaired the wheel, and matched the existing wheel colour and repainted the damaged wheel. The customer was really pleased and commented they were pleased they came to us.

Volvo V50 Alloy Wheel Repair

This Volvo V50 came to us with rather deep kurb damage to the passenger side front alloy wheel. Our customer asked us to repair his wheel as well as the accident damage. We repaired the wheel, and matched the existing wheel colour and repainted the damaged wheel. The customer was really pleased and commented they were pleased they came to us.

Commercial Vehicle Wheel Repair

We are also able to take on large commercial vehicle wheel repair. Our large workshop allows us to cater for large tractor units. We us a heavy duty paint for these types of repairs giving a great finish and long lasting finish. We understand that it is important for these vehicles to not only look right, and be on the road as much as possible so we do our best to fit these repairs around your drivers shift patterns. We take pride in looking after our customers and will do our best to fit around your schedules.

Example - The vehicle below came to us complete with tractor and trailer we were asked to refurbish all 12 outer wheels, all in a fairly bad state with rust bubbling through the paint. The vehicle was delivered to us on saturday morning with instructions that the vehicle was needed the next morning. The repair not only involved the painting of the 12 wheels in silver but also the hubs needed detailing in Red. This was not a problem for us and the customer was delighted with the results and even popped back in the following weekend to thank us again and inform us he has another unit he would like us to refurb.
